IAAF - modified for Corporate Games
REGULATIONS
Competitors may enter the 5K or 10K and/or the Relay.
Relay Event - 4 x 1600m
Mixed teams must have 2 women & 2 men.
Specific Competition Details will be provided at Registration.
UNIFORM & EQUIPMENT
Competition number provided by the organizers.
Race numbers must be clearly displayed on the front of running vests, and must not be cut or folded in any way.
EVENT CLASSES
Classes are determined by age as of 31 December in the year of the Games.
