RULES
FIH - modified for Corporate Games
REGULATIONS
Teams are scheduled a minimum of 3 matches of at least 30 minutes each.
Competition is pool play followed by elimination tournament.
Squad size Min 13 Max 15 including management.
Rolling substitution.
Mixed teams must have no more than 5 players of each sex plus a
goalkeeper of either sex on the pitch.
3G Playing Surface.
Match balls supplied.
Specific Competition Details will be provided at Registration.
UNIFORM & EQUIPMENT
Numbered matching shirts are required.
Goalkeepers must wear helmets with face and throat guards at all times.
Flat soled or Astro turf footwear only.
No boots with studs or blades to be used.
